The agreement that governs your use of MedicalMarijuanaCards.us and our telehealth referral services.
Last updated: January 2026
By accessing or using MedicalMarijuanaCards.us (the "Site") and any services offered through it, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your state) to create an account or book an appointment. Minor patient programs require a parent or legal guardian to act on the minor's behalf in accordance with state law.
We provide an information platform and a referral service that connects you with independent, licensed physicians who can evaluate you for a medical marijuana certification under your state's program. We do not practice medicine. We do not issue medical marijuana cards — only your state government can do that. We are not a pharmacy, dispensary, grower, or distributor of cannabis.
The content on this Site is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Read state pages, blog content, and FAQs as background, not as a substitute for a licensed physician's evaluation. Never delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here.
Fees are disclosed before booking. Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy. State registration fees paid directly to a state agency are not refundable by us.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate another person; (c) attempt to access another patient's records; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (e) reverse-engineer or scrape content for commercial use; or (f) submit false or fraudulent information to a physician or state agency through our service.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that information is accurate or complete. Cannabis laws change frequently; verify any information with official state sources before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedicalMarijuanaCards.us, its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. State medical marijuana programs operate under state law. A state-issued medical marijuana card does not provide protection from federal law enforcement on federal property, in federal employment, or in other federal contexts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized access claims.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
